1. The Digital Nature of Our Service

Unlike physical goods, digital prompts and niche research data cannot be “returned.” Once you have gained access to our library of 3,000+ specialized niches and our unlimited prompt generator, you have immediate access to the proprietary value of our service. For this reason, all sales are final.

2. Partial Cancellations

• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated or partial refunds after you have been billed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We value our community of creators and aim for fairness. We will consider refund requests only under the following specific conditions:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased two identical subscriptions at the same time, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical error on our side prevented you from accessing the service and our support team was unable to resolve it.
• Unauthorized Charges: If you can prove your account was compromised and used without your permission (subject to our investigation).

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and your license to use any prompts previously generated.
